At Steel Cuts, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping container, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
